Every cask is nosed prior to blending to ensure the highest quality and consistency batch to batch. The appearance is full golden, clear and bright with candied fruits, buttery shortbread, citrus peel aroma and a taste of dried fruit,soft spices (cinnamon/ginger), and a hint of oak. Smooth and well balanced.
