After a successful experiment with stout beer barrels, Jameson settled on maturing its signature Irish whiskey in Irish Pale Ale (IPA) beer barrels. The result is Jameson's smoothness rubbing shoulders with IPA introducing light hints of hops, fresh citrus, and floral notes.
